Why VialVerdict exists
VialVerdict was started after a personal experience with peptides went badly wrong. The founder, Josh Stanton, took BPC-157 from a vendor recommended on a peptide forum. Within weeks he was having severe panic attacks. The likely cause was contamination, dosing, or a bad batch — but he never found out which, because there was no way to compare vendors honestly.
That's the actual problem this site exists to fix. Not which peptide should I take— that's between you and your doctor. The problem is if I'm going to buy from a research-peptide vendor, which ones are actually trustworthy on purity, shipping, and customer service? There was no Trustpilot, no G2, no Wirecutter for this market. Just vendor-owned blogs (paid placements masquerading as reviews), scattered Reddit threads, and private forums that were hard to find.
The peptide market is also in the middle of a structural shift. In April 2026, the FDA removed twelve previously-restricted peptides from its significant-safety-risk list, and the Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee meets in July 2026 to decide whether they can be legally compounded again. That has pushed billions of dollars of demand toward a long tail of research-peptide vendors with wildly different standards. Buyers need somewhere to compare them.
Who runs VialVerdict

Josh Stanton — Founder. Independent builder with an engineering background. Builds VialVerdict full-time. Based in Phuket, Thailand; the company is registered in Newark, Delaware.
The site is run by one person, on purpose. Editorial independence isn't a slogan when there's no editorial team to be pressured. Reviews are written by buyers (not staff). Rankings come from a published algorithm (not editorial judgment). When the algorithm changes, the change is logged.
Our principles
- No paid ranking. Vendors cannot buy higher placement, hide negative reviews, or suppress sub-rating data. The ranking algorithm is published.
- Affiliate transparent. When affiliate partnerships are active, every page with a tracked link discloses it. Commission rates do not influence rankings.
- Verified reviews only.Every reviewer's email is verified before their review goes live. Reviewers who upload order proof unlock a separate verified-buyer badge.
- Vendor-side accountability. Vendors caught soliciting fake positive reviews (or trying to flood out a real negative one) lose their verification badge publicly.
- Compliance-first. We do not promote peptide use for human consumption. Every product page includes the research-only disclaimer required by FDA guidance.
How we make money
VialVerdict is founder-funded during launch and does not currently earn affiliate commission. It is not paid by any listed vendor. After the site reaches roughly 100 verified reviews or 1,000 daily visitors, it may activate affiliate partnerships with vendors that run them — the same model used by Wirecutter and most affiliate-supported review sites.
A vendor with no affiliate program is listed and ranked the same way as a vendor with the most generous one. The algorithm doesn't see commission rates. See our full affiliate disclosure and brand facts page for specifics.
