What to expect
Most emails get a real, written reply within two business days. We don't use auto-responders or chatbots — if it's a sensitive topic (review dispute, vendor verification, privacy), we want a human to read it. If you're flagging a fraudulent review or coordinated manipulation, please include screenshots — they speed up the investigation enormously.
