2. Read the trust signals
Vendor pages now separate customer reviews from VialVerdict's own Our Rating and external review signals. That means you can see what verified buyers have submitted, what public review platforms are saying, and where our team has added an interim supplier score while customer review volume is still building.
- VerdictScore follows a clear hierarchy: first-party customer reviews first, source-backed external reviews second, and Our Rating as the fallback when review data is still thin.
- Verified purchase status is reserved for reviews tied to order proof, vendor confirmation, tracked click history, or other accepted evidence.
- Imported reviews from Reddit, forums, Trustpilot, or other public sources are labeled by source so they are not confused with first-party VialVerdict submissions.
3. Compare vendors, coupons, and regional store links
Peptide and vendor pages help you compare catalogue coverage, pricing, available discounts, shipping notes, and trusted outbound links. When a vendor has approved affiliate tracking, the visit buttons and coupon links use VialVerdict's internal /go routes so we can keep links current without letting commissions affect rankings.
4. Submit a review and help the next buyer
The whole site only works if real buyers contribute reviews back into it. Writing a review takes about two minutes. Email-verified reviews enter moderation, and purchase-verified reviews can also count toward the VialVerdict giveaway.
For vendors
How rankings are computed
VialVerdict ranks vendors by the same trust hierarchy shown on the page: verified customer reviews first, source-backed external review aggregates second, and Our Rating supplier checks when customer-review data is still thin. Product availability, testing transparency, pricing, shipping signals, and support signals feed the Our Rating fallback rather than being blended into a source-labeled customer average.
Claim your profile
Anyone can be reviewed on VialVerdict — it's open by default. Claiming your profile is free and unlocks the vendor dashboard, where approved suppliers can keep their public profile accurate and monitor review activity.
- Reply publicly to reviews, always shown alongside the original
- Update profile details, catalogue notes, payment methods, and policies
- Publish testing or HPLC certificate information where available
- Review recent customer feedback and vendor-page widgets
- Track approved affiliate links, coupons, and manual revenue notes where applicable
To claim a profile, email us from an address on your domain. We verify ownership manually before granting access.
Review moderation
Every first-party review enters a moderation queue before going live. We screen for spam, duplicate accounts, AI-spam, copied content, fake purchase claims, and obvious shill patterns. Purchase verification may use order numbers, order dates, vendor confirmation, recent tracked click history, or other proof VialVerdict accepts.
We do not remove reviews because a vendor doesn't like them. We remove or reject reviews when they violate our trust guidelines — fake purchase claims, off-topic content, doxxing, threats, undisclosed incentives, or unverifiable low-effort submissions.
